Product description:
Our polycarbonate (PC) materials are ideal for harsh industrial and commercial applications as extruded sheets/rods with excellent strength, transparency and durability. Made from high-quality PC resin, these sheets have excellent impact resistance, optical clarity and thermal stability, far exceeding traditional materials such as glass, acrylic and PVC.

Applications:
Safety & Security: Ballistic barriers, riot shields, machine guards.
Construction: Skylights, noise barriers, roof panels.
Automotive: Headlight covers, interior trim, instrument panels.
Electronics: LED light diffusers, touch screen protectors.
Medical & Food: Sterilizable devices, transparent covers.

Key features of PC materials:
High impact strength - 250 times stronger than glass and 30 times stronger than acrylic, ideal for safety-critical applications.
Optical transparency - Up to 90% light transmittance and excellent UV resistance (UV coating version optional).
Heat resistance - Stable at temperatures from -40°C to 120°C, suitable for outdoor and high-temperature environments.
Lightweight and easy to manufacture - 50% lighter than glass, easy to cut, drill, thermoform and bend.
Chemical and Weathering Resistance - Resists acids, oils and weathering for long-term durability.
